We are an open and friendly agency dedicated to providing
a bespoke service to our clients. From your first phone call we will identify
your requirements and begin the search to source the staff you need.
We can supply waiting, bar, house keeping and kitchen staff, receptionists,
porters, chefs and management. Over the years we have been in operation,
from the Northern most tip of Scotland to Cornwall’s Southern coast
we have supplied staff to a wide variety of establishments. We have embraced
the largest, grandest five star hotels and award winning restaurants to
the most quaint and bijou B&B’s and secluded traditional country
pub hideaways, with all establishments in between.
We have capitalized on the knowledge we have accrued by dealing with such
a diverse clientele we are confident that we have the skills to staff
your establishment no matter who you are looking for and where you are
based in the country.
Working with reputable agencies, we source our applicants from South Africa,
Australia, France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
Yes, because we recruit the majority of our staff from overseas all applicants
do require live in accommodation.

on live-in deductions.
Applicants that are EEA (European Economic Area) nationals are free to
seek work in countries that are in the European Economic Area, therefore
applicants from France, Spain, Italy and Germany are eligible to work
in the UK.
Applicants from South Africa and Australia enter the UK on Working Holiday
Visas. The working holidaymaker scheme is an arrangement whereby a person
aged between 17 and 30 can come to the UK for an extended holiday for
up to two years, with the intention of taking paid work as part of the
holiday.

Applicants that come via our agencies have their visas applied for and
processed before the files are sent on to us. Therefore any South African
or Australian applicant we have on our books has a working holiday visa
and is ready to travel to the UK to start work.
We always keep a copy of the applicant’s visa with their complete
file at our office and it is available on request.
We instruct our agents that the minimum placement is six months. If you
are looking to employ a member of staff for a longer period of time this
can be negotiated before we begin the recruitment process. If you require
seasonal staff, or a staff member to cover a shorter period of time, we,
of course, would be able to oblige.
We will send you a number of files by fax, email or post for your perusal.
Once you have had a chance to assess the applicants CV’s we will
be in touch to find out your thoughts. If you are interested in an applicant
and would like to proceed we ask you to fill in our Confirmation of Employment
form and return it to us.
To access this document, please click on the document title at the bottom
of this page.
This is a simple one page document where the employer enters data confirming
details of employment for the applicant. For example, hotel details, description
of duties, conditions of placement.
We then forward the completed form to our agent who will present it to
the applicant. The applicant, accepting the job will sign the paperwork
and return it to our office. We will notify you of the applicant’s
acceptance and inform you as to the due arrival of your staff member.
If you would like to talk to the applicant before committing to offering
a position we can put you in touch with the applicant. As UK agents we
inform applicants as best we can as to the placement on offer, but we
do understand that contact with the employer prior to arrival in the UK
can benefit both parties.
Once the placement has been finalized, our agent will book a flight for
the applicant to arrive in accordance with the start date you have specified
on the Confirmation of Employment.
If you are looking for an applicant to start asap we, as a general guideline,
specify four to seven days for non-European staff and two to four days
for European staff. This is, of course, dependent on the time of year
and flight availability.
When we have received the flight details we will route the applicant to
you. This will usually involve the applicant taking a coach or a train
to your nearest station and then a taxi on to the establishment. We will
forward you a copy of the UK travel itinery so you know when to expect
your new staff member.
All travel costs are met by the applicant.
For our service we charge a one off placement fee which is the equivalent
to the applicants weekly salary (as stipulated by the employer prior to
employment) plus VAT. For example, if you were paying a chambermaid £160.00
per week we would invoice you for £160.00 plus VAT for the placement.
For the placement of chefs and management, we charge a fee which is based
on a percentage (10% and rising) of their annual salary depending on the
applicants level of experience.
If, for any reason, the placement does not work out and we are notified
within the first two weeks from the date of the applicants arrival we
will offer a full refund and a replacement member of staff.
If an applicant does not fulfill their contract and decides to leave for
whatever reason the ‘confirmation of employment’ as signed
by the applicant states that the costs for re-filling the position will
be deducted form the applicant’s salary.
If you would like some more information, please drop us an email or contact
our agents for an informal chat, we are always happy to answer questions
and discuss any queries you may have.
